Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCGR3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FCGR3A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FCGR3A Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCGR3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and COAD are the cancer types where FCGR3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
