FCER1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCER1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCER1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL1P1, FXNP2, and SMIM12P1. Each is linked with FCER1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCER1G-to-partner and partner-to-FCER1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL1P1 grouped by FCER1G-low versus FCER1G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCER1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCER1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
