FCER1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCER1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,014 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCER1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSK, MTMR11, and C3AR1. Each is linked with FCER1G in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCER1G-to-partner and partner-to-FCER1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCER1G versus CTSK in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCER1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCER1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
