FCER1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCER1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,050 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCER1G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Triglyceride-rich lipoprotein particle remodeling, Very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling, and Regulation of phospholipid metabolic process. Each is linked with FCER1G in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCER1G-to-partner and partner-to-FCER1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Triglyceride-rich lipoprotein particle remodeling grouped by FCER1G-low versus FCER1G-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCER1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCER1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
