FCER1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCER1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCER1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C6, SLC35F6, and NUP188. Each is linked with FCER1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCER1A-to-partner and partner-to-FCER1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C6 grouped by FCER1A-low versus FCER1A-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCER1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCER1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
