Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCER1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,713 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCER1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, miRNA processing, and Stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade. Each is linked with FCER1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCER1A-to-partner and partner-to-FCER1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial RNA catabolic process grouped by FCER1A-low versus FCER1A-high in PANCREAS.
