FCAMR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCAMR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,831 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCAMR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGR_S735, FCSK, and BIN1. Each is linked with FCAMR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCAMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCAMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCAMR versus PIGR_S735 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCAMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCAMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
