FCAMR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCAMR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCAMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN1, SLC25A4, and CENPM. Each is linked with FCAMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCAMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCAMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN1 grouped by FCAMR-low versus FCAMR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCAMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCAMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
