Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,525 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXW9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, NME5, and SPATA17. Each is linked with FBXW9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW9-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW9 versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
