Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXW9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXW9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTUS2-AS1, MIR548H4, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with FBXW9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW9-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTUS2-AS1 grouped by FBXW9-low versus FBXW9-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
