FBXW9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXW9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXW9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCDH, SUGP1, and SMARCA4. Each is linked with FBXW9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW9-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXW9 versus GCDH in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXW9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXW9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
