The most reproducible FBXW9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with FBXW9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXW9-to-partner and partner-to-FBXW9 results are reported.
