FBXO7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,193 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBB, HBA2, and HBA1. Each is linked with FBXO7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO7-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO7 versus HBB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
