Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FBXO6 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher FBXO6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

KICH, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where FBXO6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
