Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO6 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher FBXO6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and CHOL are the cancer types where FBXO6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
