Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,547 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIPR, PIH1D1, and TLE6. Each is linked with FBXO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO5-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO5 versus GIPR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
