The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FBXO46 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where FBXO46 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
