FBXO45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, EIF4G1, and FXR1. Each is linked with FBXO45 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO45-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO45 versus PAK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO45→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
