Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,871 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO45-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf89, GPI, and PLAAT1. Each is linked with FBXO45 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO45-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO45 versus C16orf89 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO45→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
