Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO44 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO44 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FBXO44 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where FBXO44 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
