Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,413 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBXO2, VARS2, and LRRC47. Each is linked with FBXO44 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO44-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO44 versus FBXO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO44→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
