The most reproducible FBXO44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein catabolic process, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with FBXO44 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO44-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO44 results are reported.
