Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FBXO4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where FBXO4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
