Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO34-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA11, CEP76, and LIPG. Each is linked with FBXO34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO34-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA11 grouped by FBXO34-low versus FBXO34-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO34→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
