Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO30 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FBXO30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
COAD, READ, and PRAD are the cancer types where FBXO30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
