Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO28 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO28 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FBXO28 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where FBXO28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
