Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO28-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAP47, SLC25A15, and NONO. Each is linked with FBXO28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO28-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO28 versus SNAP47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO28→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
