The most reproducible FBXO28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Nuclear pore organization, and Regulation of formation of translation preinitiation complex. Each is linked with FBXO28 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO28-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO28 results are reported.
