The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FBXO25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where FBXO25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
