Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,562 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS13, MOSPD3, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with FBXO24 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO24-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO24 results are reported.
