FBXO22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,658 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTG1, BEX5, and ADH5. Each is linked with FBXO22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO22-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTG1 grouped by FBXO22-low versus FBXO22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO22→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
