Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,549 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKP1, FBXO44, and SELENOM. Each is linked with FBXO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO2-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO2 versus SKP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
