Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,811 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO44, TPD52L2, and OPRL1. Each is linked with FBXO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO2-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO2 versus FBXO44 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
