Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO17 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FBXO17 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where FBXO17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
