FBXO17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICALL1, MCM5, and ITPK1. Each is linked with FBXO17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO17-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MICALL1 grouped by FBXO17-low versus FBXO17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
