FBXO15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,493 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSCP1, LZTFL1, and CETN2. Each is linked with FBXO15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO15-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXO15 versus OSCP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO15→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
