Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXO15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNA5SP411, and CXCL13. Each is linked with FBXO15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO15-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by FBXO15-low versus FBXO15-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXO15→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXO15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
