Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXO15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO15-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Rad50, and ATM. Each is linked with FBXO15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO15-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO15 results are reported.
