Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXO15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,097 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXO15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle budding, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and COPII vesicle coating. Each is linked with FBXO15 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXO15-to-partner and partner-to-FBXO15 results are reported.
