Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FBXO11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and THCA are the cancer types where FBXO11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
