Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXO10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXO10 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FBXO10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXO10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where FBXO10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
