FBXL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCMT1, ZNF451, and SCAF8. Each is linked with FBXL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL4 versus PCMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
