Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,649 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOS2, ZFYVE21, and FOXP1. Each is linked with FBXL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL4 versus SOS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
