FBXL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, GAPDH, and Rad50. Each is linked with FBXL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by FBXL4-low versus FBXL4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
