Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,365 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, Golgi organization, and Negative regulation of mitophagy. Each is linked with FBXL4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL4-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process grouped by FBXL4-low versus FBXL4-high in STOMACH.
