Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXL21P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXL21P data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FBXL21P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXL21P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, SCLC, and UCEC are the cancer types where FBXL21P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
