FBXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, RBBP8, and GABRE. Each is linked with FBXL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL2-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM5 grouped by FBXL2-low versus FBXL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
