FBXL19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZP2, IFNA6, and SLC22A6. Each is linked with FBXL19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL19-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZP2 grouped by FBXL19-low versus FBXL19-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
