Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,786 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L, MTMR9, and RAB3A. Each is linked with FBXL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL16-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBXL16 versus SEZ6L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
