Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, RNU6-416P, and RN7SL513P. Each is linked with FBXL16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL16-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by FBXL16-low versus FBXL16-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
